Easy Veggie Sides
I created this series for myself as a way to incorporate more vegetables into our family meals and colorful food exposures for my son. I had lost my love for cooking due our busy schedule and I wanted to find my way back without the pressure of complicated and time intensive recipes. The illustrations showcase the beautiful vegetables and has fun showing the process and action to make them. I’ll continue to add more to this series as I discover and taste test more easy sides.
